OBJECT CHARACTERISTICS
A retail and office investment with a total leasable area of 81,000 m2. Over 220 Tenants, including a modern cinema, a fitness club, an extensive food-court zone, and a medical center.

SPECIAL FEATURES
Lighting installation only based on LED sources.                                                                                                                                                            Total power of installed transformers 16 MVA (8 x 2 MVA).
