These agreements are designed to ensure the continued operation of machinery and optimise operating costs.
We place special emphasis on the availability of our service technicians as part of the STAND-BY service. We can adjust the guaranteed service response time, and ensure readiness 365 days a year, which significantly reduces downtime.
EMERGENCY CALL service provides continuous technical support, and the ability to analyse the problem with our technical department at any time of the day or night.
REMOTE MONITORING allows for the ongoing monitoring of machine operating parameters, identifying alarming events, which in turn can be used to identify the problem and secure the parts needed for repair, even before the service team arrives on site. In addition, with this option, you can carry out a remote repair attempt.
Training of your employees – thanks to training minor service work can be performed by qualified employees at no additional cost, and an extended warranty period is the perfect culmination of a benefit package that makes our equipment an added value to your business and guarantees uninterrupted operation and continuity.
