Overview
Generator sets built on the basis of a modern CAT® C175 engine, in 16 and 20-cylinder versions. They are the largest power generators in the world, but thanks to the high power density they ensure a large saving of the installation space.
Also available in medium voltage versions of 3.3-11 kV, providing less transmission losses and less electrical infrastructure. We provide full support in the projects of their installation in rooms or special halls, built to order.
C175 units are designed for the most demanding recipients, including server rooms (aggregates also available with the Mission Critical Standby capability, enabling Tier IV certificates according to the Uptime Institute), hospitals, airports, power and strategic facilities requiring full power protection.
Aggregates undergo rigorous tests under full load at the Caterpillar factory, certified with the ISO9001 quality mark.
The aggregates meet or exceed the requirements of the following standards: AS1359, CSA, IEC60034-1, ISO3046, ISO8528, NEMA MG 1-22, NEMA MG 1-33, UL508A, 72/23 / EEC, 98/37 / EC, 2004/108 / EC.
