class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Energy transformation<\/strong> is one of the greatest challenges of our times.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">We are looking for increasingly effective and ecological solutions that will allow us to reduce the emission of harmful substances and limit our dependence on fossil fuels.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">One of the promising directions is the use of waste energy, and in particular the heat contained in sewage.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> Sewage treatment plants, although they are mainly associated with sewage treatment, have enormous energy potential.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>The heat contained in sewag<\/strong>e, although at a relatively low temperature, can be effectively recovered and used to heat buildings.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This solution not only allows for a reduction in the consumption of traditional energy carriers, but also contributes to improving the energy efficiency of cities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">How does heat recovery from sewage work?<\/span><\/span> <\/strong><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The process involves the use of heat pumps, which extract heat from a low-thermal source (sewage) and raise its temperature to a level suitable for supplying the heating network.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Thanks to this, we can use energy that was previously wasted.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Eneria indicates that the temperature of sewage in Polish conditions ranges from 7-12C in winter and 18-22C in summer.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This medium temperature is sufficient to ensure high efficiency of the heat pump and low heat acquisition costs while ensuring an appropriate sewage flow.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"image-container-hover\" href=\"https:\/\/eneria.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/przykladowy-schemat-technologiczny.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wastewater:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Sustainable solution:<\/strong> fits into the idea of \u200b\u200ba circular economy, promoting the principles of sustainable development.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Efficient use of energy:<\/strong> allows for the efficient use of energy that was previously wasted.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Increased energy independence:<\/strong> reduces dependence on external energy suppliers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Reduction of CO2 emissions:<\/strong> contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Cogeneration \u2013 additional benefits<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In combination with cogeneration, i.e. simultaneous generation of electricity and heat, we can further increase the efficiency of using the energy potential of sewage treatment plants.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Biogas produced in the sewage treatment process can be used to power cogeneration units, which will provide both electricity and additional heat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The use of heat from wastewater is an innovative solution that allows for more efficient use of energy resources and contributes to environmental protection.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Thanks to this, we can build more sustainable and energy-independent cities.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Eneria provides energy solutions that allow for the full use of the potential of low-temperature waste
