The owner’s vision is to eventually create a production plant operating in off-grid mode, which means complete independence from external power supplies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hybrid power system with photovoltaic panels<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

The owner of the company is considering using a hybrid power system based on photovoltaic panels, a generator and an energy storage.<\/span><\/span> This solution would allow for significant savings in energy costs and also reduce the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

First steps towards independence<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

CAT DE400E0 generator with ATS system – the perfect solution<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

After a thorough analysis of the plant\u2019s needs, our experts proposed a CAT DE400E0 generator with an ATS system to the client.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The ATS (Automatic Reserve System<\/strong>) is a device used to work with generators that automatically switches power from the power grid to the generator in the event of a power outage from the grid.<\/span><\/span> Once the grid power is restored, the ATS automatically switches power back to the grid.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Successful tests and further plans<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    After the generator was installed at the WIREX production plant, it underwent thorough tests, which confirmed the device\u2019s excellent efficiency and compliance with all requirements.<\/span><\/span> The DE400E0 generator easily powered all devices and machines at the plant, ensuring stable and reliable operation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    The successful installation of the CAT DE400E0 generator is just the first step on WIREX\u2019s path to off-grid.<\/span><\/span> The next step will be the construction of a photovoltaic installation and an energy storage facility.<\/span><\/span> This will allow the plant to use solar energy to power it on a daily basis, while the energy storage facility will store surplus energy produced on sunny days, providing power at night and on cloudy days.<\/span><\/span> In the event of a lack of solar energy or a greater demand for energy, the generator will continue to function as an emergency power supply.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
